When can I exchange or return an item? (For retailers)

In all the cases detailed below, as long as it is not a personalized product:

- I have the wrong size and would like to change it

- I want to change my item for another one

- I received my order in bad condition

- I don't like my articles

 In any case, it is essential that the products to be exchanged or returned are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of having been used.

 Otherwise, no exchange or return will be admitted. The articles will have to be returned including their original packing, as well as any documentation that had accompanied. If the articles are received in bad condition we will not be able to make the requested return.

The deadline for returning or exchanging an item is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

The deposits or amount paid in advance is not refundable. Therefore if you decide to not going ahead with the order you will loose the deposit as the items are made under order.
